Meet the coaches

Personal Trainers:
 Ana Maria Dalmastro: Ana was a member of the Argentinian Olympic Team and her career boasts a large array of significant athletic achievements. Among them, high-jump and Pentathlon National Champion, and member of the National Handball team in her home country Argentina. She trained rugby teams, taught women's gymnastics, swimming, jazzercise, and also instructed body sculpture projects for models and ballerinas.                                            





 Jose Dalmastro: Jose Dalmastro was also part of the Argentine Olympic Team in 1972. A superb all around athlete, Jose has an impressive athletic achievement repertoire. South American high-jump Co-Champion, Panamerican Games participant, and also participated in competitions throughout Europe, Central and South America, and Africa.
                                     







Ariel Fernandez: Ariel Fernandez has a degree in personal education and was the swimming coach of the National Elite and Youth swim team in Cuba from 1996 to 1998. In 2005 and 2006 he was a swimming coach in Mexico and the swimming coach in Costa Rica in 2004. He was also the swimming coach of the Atlantis Swimming Club from 2006 to 2008. Now he is the swimming coach of the Miami Dade Aquatic Swim Club and has been personal trainer at Energy since 2007. He works at Energy Monday through Saturday by appointment only.
